Truth time!

Feedback is everything in business, particularly from people who live the craft. Recently, I was lucky enough to get my chocolates in front of a group of top tier chefs.

How, you ask? By doing what I always do, and speaking to people about the things I love to do.

Their feedback was detailed, specific and very pernickerty, exactly what I wanted! It was incredible to be told that I'm punching above my weight given that I'm working in a home kitchen. I'll take everything on board as it's in my nature to always strive to do better.

So trust your judgement and keep on going!

In the meantime, we are super grateful to see the drop in temperatures, meaning I can get back in the chocolate kitchen and prepare for our next markets. Praying for a cool August!

Michael D'angelo "The chocolate was the right thickness"

Domenico Camporeale "Really liked them"

Francesco Genovese "Good level of quality"

Oscar Freggiaro "the flavours are there"
