Here's to the good days!

Social media often only shows the best bits and today we are guilty of that! We had our first visit from the environmental health officer and scored a perfect five 'very good' rating.

This is a great achievement and it's everything that we hoped for. It also reflects a huge amount of work, not only in the days leading up to the visit; but also the systems and paper trail we set up prior to day one; and the high standards we maintain every time we step in the kitchen. It tracks back to the entirety of my training course which gave me a really strong foundation in core principles.

It's easy to see other people's achievements as a snapshot particularly on platforms like this. If you're not in the happiest of mindsets, focus on down, take the breaks you need and remember, the payoff will come.

It was great to set up the stall at Knutsford and show off our new rating. We're back with it in Sale on 16th August.
