Instead something different to brighten your day. Say hello to our stuffed choux, citrus edition! It's filled with velvety mascarpone cream and a hit of ginger gel, topped off with chocolate and a craquelin crunch.

Always a showstopper, we were keen to introduce this to the markets as an on-the-go pick me up. We gathered a focus group who did surprisingly well with the challenge. The wooden spork was well up for the task although we did have a few enthusiastic souls who went straight in like it was a doughnut. We won't judge!
