My flavours are not off the shelf. I spend hours perfecting them, an unexpected combination, a fresh contrast. I evaluate, experiment and trial, all in search of the ultimate blend of flavour, texture and appearance.

Then it's gone in a second. And it's worth it. Witnessing the experience of the flavour hit and a new taste bursting onto the palette is why we do what we do.
